The cookery of the Restaurant Da Anna is mainly made up of fresh fish, that is daily caught by Castiglione della Pescaia's fishing boats fleet, personally selected by restaurant's proprietor Claudio and cooked with experience and passion by the restaurant's cooks, always guided by Anna self. The fish recipes, all abounding in influences coming from Maremma, Naples and the Mediterranean Sea, are Anna's pride; she puts in these recipes all the love she has for good food, a love deriving from more than 20 years of hard work and successful experimentations: raw fish appetisers, roast fish, fish salads, grilled fish and many other dishes, made to satisfy any taste, change every day and every season, according to the available fish, in order to let the customers taste only the freshest and most tasteful fish every time.
For those who don't like fish the restaurant offers some made-to-order typical Maremma fresh meat- and delicious game-based dishes. The game in these dishes is caught on the hills facing the sea.

In order to enhance the flavour of every meat or fish recipe, you 'll have the possibility to taste some samples of the most precious local, national and international wine labels.
